Start free—upgrade when the limits bite, not before. Free and Pay As You Go both include owner + 1 Cashier and F-Biz Market listing. On PAYG, buy credits, pay per transaction, and unlock unlimited recording for the month once you hit the KES 500 spend cap. Need Managers, more gadgets, or branches? Team at KES 1,000.

FREE — start recording and get discovered

Best for: Shops building the habit of digital records.

  • Limited lifetime volume by mode: goods 100 sales, service 100 services, supply 100 orders/deliveries (or Ksh 20,000)
  • Basic recording and expense tracking
  • No M-Pesa at checkout, no barcode scanner, no advanced reports
  • Owner + 1 Cashier (Cashier role only) — same Free quota for both
  • F-Biz Market listing — get discovered nearby

Stay on Free until you hit the cap or need M-Pesa recording at checkout.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO — pay when you sell

Best for: Growing shops that want M-Pesa, scanning, and reports without a fixed Team bill.

  • Buy credits and pay per transaction (1 credit = Ksh 0.20)
  • Starter from about Ksh 50 when joining
  • Monthly credit spend/purchase caps at Ksh 500—then unlimited for the rest of the month
  • Supply: credits on order create or ad-hoc delivery (not again when fulfilling an order)
  • M-Pesa at checkout, barcode scanner, advanced reports
  • Owner + 1 Cashier (Cashier role only) — same PAYG usage for both
  • F-Biz Market listing when active (or within Market grace)
