Your Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and account information from F-Biz. This page explains how to make such a request.
What Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user account and profile information
- All businesses associated with your account
- Sales records, inventory data, customer information
- Expense records and financial data
- Staff memberships and permissions
- Subscription history and payment records
- All other data associated with your account
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before proceeding.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email to our support team with the following information:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Your business name(s) if applicable
- Confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent

Option 2: In-App Request
If you have access to the F-Biz mobile app:
- Open the F-Biz app and sign in
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings
- Under Account, tap Profile & Security
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Request Account Deletion
- Confirm with your 4-digit PIN (the same PIN you use to sign in)
- Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days — you can cancel anytime before then from the same screen
Processing Time
When you request deletion in the app, your account enters a 30-day cooling-off period. You can continue using F-Biz during this time and cancel the request anytime before the period ends. After 30 days, your account and associated data are permanently deleted by our automated process.
Data Retention Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes, including:
- Financial records required by law (e.g., tax records)
- Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
