Request Data Deletion

Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and account information from F-Biz. This page explains how to make such a request.

What Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • All businesses associated with your account
  • Sales records, inventory data, customer information
  • Expense records and financial data
  • Staff memberships and permissions
  • Subscription history and payment records
  • All other data associated with your account

⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before proceeding.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to our support team with the following information:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your registered email address or phone number
  • Your business name(s) if applicable
  • Confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent

Option 2: In-App Request

If you have access to the F-Biz mobile app:

  1. Open the F-Biz app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Navigate to Account Settings
  4. Select "Delete Account" or "Request Data Deletion"
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that we may retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes, including:

  • Financial records required by law (e.g., tax records)
  • Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
